Hold onto your popcorn, folks! The electrifying news is in—Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his powerhouse company, Seven Bucks Productions, have signed a first-look deal with none other than The Walt Disney Company. That’s right, the Brahma Bull is teaming up with the Mouse House, and the entertainment world will never be the same!

According to Variety, this deal means Seven Bucks Productions will be churning out films for both streaming and theatrical platforms under Disney’s vast umbrella. And yes, The Rock himself could be flexing his muscles in some of these upcoming blockbusters. But wait, there’s more! The deal also allows for the development of non-filmed content, with potential collaborations across Disney’s extensive portfolio, including their theme parks and sports services.

Since its launch in 2012, Seven Bucks Productions—co-founded by Johnson and Dany Garcia—has been a hit-making machine. Their impressive roster includes titles like “Baywatch,” “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle,” “Jumanji: The Next Level,” “Black Adam,” and “Fighting With My Family,” the latter of which highlights the life of former WWE Divas Champion Paige (now AEW’s Saraya).

Currently, Seven Bucks is working on “The Smashing Machine,” a biographical sports movie starring Johnson as former mixed martial artist Mark Kerr and Emily Blunt as Dawn Staples, Kerr’s wife. Despite a recent elbow injury on set, Johnson continues to embody the spirit of a true warrior.

With this new Disney deal, the future looks bright and busy for The Rock and his production company. Get ready for a slew of new projects that are sure to rock your world!
