Folks, let me tell you, Jack Perry is on his way to the Forbidden Door, and it’s not just any door – it’s the one that leads straight to the AEW TNT Championship. After a rather generous offer from The Young Bucks to just hand him the vacant title (how very charitable), Perry is now set to earn it the old-fashioned way: by climbing a ladder and grabbing it himself. Ah, the sweet smell of nepotism!

In the latest episode of “AEW Dynamite,” Jack Perry squared off against the seasoned and formerly golden Dustin Rhodes. Let’s just say things got messy. Perry not only defeated Rhodes but did so with a level of bloodshed that would make a vampire blush. To top it off, Perry decided to channel his inner artist, using Rhodes’ blood as his medium and his own chest as the canvas. Yes, you read that right.

The Young Bucks, those benevolent brothers, have anointed Perry as the next big thing. And why not? After all, he’s the only one in the newly-revamped Elite club not weighed down by gold at the moment. Perry’s grand entrance into this elite (pun intended) circle happened at AEW Dynasty, where he played a pivotal role in securing the AEW World Tag Team Titles for The Young Bucks in yet another ladder match. Seems like ladders are his thing – maybe he’s secretly a carpenter?

Now, let’s talk about the former TNT champ, Adam Copeland. The man had been holding onto that title since April, but his reign was cut short due to a leg injury at AEW Double or Nothing. Apparently, launching yourself from the top of a steel cage isn’t as good for your health as one might think. Who knew? There’s no word yet on when Copeland will make his grand return, but one thing’s for sure: the TNT Championship is up for grabs, and Jack Perry has his eyes (and probably a few pints of Dustin Rhodes’ blood) set on it.
