Halloween 2024 brought a flurry of outfits, laughs, and nostalgia to the WWE locker room as superstars showcased their costumes with a mix of creativity, humor, and heartfelt homages. As the WWE Universe tuned in via a video on X, they were treated to some unforgettable moments.
Leading the charge, R-Truth paid tribute to his “childhood hero” and 16-time world champion, John Cena. Complete with Cena’s iconic wristbands and an uncanny dedication to the persona, Truth’s spot-on tribute surely had fans saying, “You can’t see me!” Just as Cena prepares for his 2025 retirement tour, Truth brought him to life for one night only.
Chelsea Green and Piper Niven stole the show with a costume power play as they transformed into WWE’s GMs, Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis. With Green taking on Pearce’s look and Niven donning Aldis’s signature blue tie and wig, the duo approached the real-life Aldis backstage, who could only stammer, “Am I hallucinating?” And if that wasn’t enough, Green kept the fun going, teaming up with Indi Hartwell to strike matching poses in her iconic pink ring gear.
Throwing it back to the Attitude Era, Alpha Academy’s Otis, Akira Tozawa, and Maxxine Dupri recreated the infamous Dudley Boyz photo alongside Stacy Keibler—complete with Tag Team title belts and the unmistakable energy of the era. Meanwhile, SmackDown’s Michin embodied none other than Lita, putting an edgy twist on an era-defining look.
Byron Saxton, channeling the royalty of WWE’s 2006 King of the Ring, dressed as the one and only King Booker. Sporting a fur vest, crown, and a golden scepter, Saxton’s homage was nothing short of regal.
Zelina Vega rounded out the costume parade with a shout-out to her LWO comrade Rey Mysterio. Dressed in Mysterio’s camouflage pants and beanie, Vega even tossed in a “Hoody hoo!” nodding to his WCW days with No Limit Soldiers.
It was a Halloween to remember in WWE, proving that while the costumes may be playful, the respect and camaraderie run deep.
