Folks, let me tell you, WWE NXT is going big and, yes, it’s huuuge! Last night, in an absolutely incredible (and let’s be honest, beautiful) move, Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill—both big stars, by the way—rolled into NXT like a pair of VIPs with Kelani Jordan. And let’s just say, they didn’t come to do any charity work. Nope. They’re here to “take over,” according to Cargill herself. Frankly, it’s what they do best. Tremendous. I do the best takeovers, believe me.
Next week, the WWE Women’s Tag Champs will team up with Kelani Jordan in a six-woman smackdown against Fatal Influence. A name, by the way, which probably doesn’t stand a chance because, let’s face it, who’s going to stop this trio? Nobody, folks. Absolutely nobody. Cargill’s NXT debut? Epic. Belair’s return to the brand where she never technically won the title? It’s got all the drama and suspense you could ever want, folks.
Now, let’s get real. Belair, a fighter who practically built the NXT foundation herself back in 2016, says she’s doing this for her girl, Kelani. She’s a fighting champion, she says. What a line. Classic. And, let’s not forget, this will be her first time in the NXT ring since 2020. Feels like a homecoming, if homecoming involved throwing people across the ring.
Plus, we’re taking this show on the road! That’s right, we’re going to Chesterfield, Missouri. Beautiful place. It’s going to be wild, folks. We’ve got Randy Orton, the RKO man himself, swooping in to take on Je’Von Evans. A future Hall-of-Famer, no doubt. This will be one of those “must-watch” moments, believe me. Nathan Frazer and Axiom are also putting their NXT Tag Titles on the line against Austin Theory and Grayson Waller of A-Town Down Under. Exciting stuff. Oh, and a little surprise from Oba Femi defending his North American Championship against Tony D’Angelo—big names, very strong, incredibly powerful. And, wait for it, because we’re getting a live appearance from Sexyy Red, the hottest new artist. Folks, this NXT lineup is more stacked than your average pizza with extra toppings.
