Folks, BIG news out of SmackDown world. You heard it right—WWE has jumped ship and landed on USA Network again after five wild, rollercoaster years on Fox. It’s like coming back to your favorite restaurant after trying out that new joint down the street—sure, the breadsticks were great at first, but USA Network knows just how you like your appetizer served: WITH FIRE.

And how do you welcome WWE’s grand return to USA? With a new theme song that screams GRAMMYS in the making. Who’s on it, you ask? Only Megan Thee Stallion, the certified Hot Girl herself, teaming up with K-pop legend RM from BTS. That’s right, BTS ARMY, your bias is kicking off SmackDown now! Their track “Neva Play” (a title that will undoubtedly become Roman Reigns’ new catchphrase) dropped last week, and it’s already racked up more views than people who claimed they’d cancel Peacock when Vince came back. Spoiler alert: None of them did.

The new intro is packed with WWE’s finest, and I mean FINEST. You’ve got Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill flexing like it’s an Olympic sport, Cody Rhodes making sure you know about his Undisputed Championship, and Nia Jax holding onto that Women’s Title like it’s her Wi-Fi password. And, of course, Roman Reigns—he’s still out here with that perfect smolder, reminding us all why he’s got more title defenses than bad booking decisions in the last decade.

Paul Levesque, AKA Triple H, started the night with a warm welcome speech that could’ve been mistaken for an Oscar acceptance speech—no tears, though. The King of Kings himself ushered in this new era of SmackDown on USA, and honestly, folks, he looked thrilled about it. Probably because he knows that Megan and RM have just elevated WWE’s entrance themes into historically iconic territory.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
