Well, folks, let me tell you, Jack Perry—yes, the one who thinks he’s a big deal—has done it again. The guy who rides around in a fancy bus has now defended his TNT Championship for the third time, and he’s not slowing down. On Wednesday’s “AEW Dynamite,” Perry took down Lio Rush, a guy who’s apparently got more speed than an over-caffeinated hamster, but speed alone couldn’t save him from Perry’s well-timed knee to the face. Ouch. That knee hit harder than my ratings at the polls, believe me.

Now, after the match, Perry was asked how he’s bouncing back after his loss to AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson at All Out (he lost, folks, a fact!). And what did he say? Well, in true “deep thinker” fashion, Perry went all cryptic, saying, “People like me are crucified in this life, so we can be worshipped in the next.” Not sure if he’s talking about wrestling or starting a new religion, but okay, champ. Then, he hopped back on his bus like a true “man of the people.”

Let’s not forget, Perry’s been TNT Champion since Forbidden Door, where he won a multi-man ladder match, thanks to—you guessed it—help from The Young Bucks. Ah, teamwork. What a concept. Now he’s running wild with The Bucks in their New Elite faction, along with AEW Continental Champion Kazuchika Okada. They think they’re a power group. Maybe they are. But trust me, there’s only one real elite group, and it’s not them.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
