Folks, hold onto your hats because tonight’s episode of WWE NXT is shaping up to be more unpredictable than a blindfolded steel cage match! According to the scoop from Fightful Select, there’s a big surprise planned for tonight’s show, and it’s got TNA fingerprints all over it. That’s right—TNA talent Alex Hammerstone could be making his NXT debut. Hammerstone has been spotted rehearsing at the Performance Center, and with North American Champion Oba Femi set to face a mystery opponent tonight, fans are buzzing that Hammerstone might just be the one stepping into the ring!

Here’s the setup: Oba Femi has a mystery match lined up, thanks to a little backdoor deal orchestrated by the ever-scheming Tony D’Angelo. In a cryptic video posted by the “NXT Anonymous” account, D’Angelo is seen giving instructions to a shadowy figure with the reputation of someone who “gets his hands dirty.” If that doesn’t scream “Hammerstone,” what does? D’Angelo is angry over Femi disrespecting Adriana Rizzo last week, and he’s clearly looking for some payback with a well-placed envelope full of cash. This is shaping up to be one of the more intense mystery opponent reveals, folks.

But that’s not all, folks! Tonight’s NXT is absolutely stacked:

  • Trick Williams will face Pete Dunne in a Last Man Standing Match. Buckle up, because when these two clash, they leave nothing on the table.
  • WWE’s Guilia will make her highly-anticipated in-ring debut against none other than Chelsea Green. This one has “show stealer” written all over it.
  • Jordynne Grace, TNA Knockouts Champion, will defend her title in an open challenge. WWE and TNA’s working relationship is opening doors, and Grace is ready to kick some down.

Oh, and remember the Rascalz? Well, they were scheduled for action tonight but got replaced last minute by none other than The Street Profits! Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford will now challenge Nathan Frazer and Axiom for the NXT Tag Team Championships. You know the Profits—when they’re in the house, things are about to get wild.

With WWE and TNA playing nice lately—especially after Joe Hendry challenged for the NXT Championship at No Mercy—we’re seeing more crossover action than ever, and tonight’s show could be full of surprises. Hammerstone’s potential debut is just the beginning.

Get your popcorn ready, folks. This episode could be a game-changer!
