Folks, grab your cheeseheads because Milwaukee’s shooting for the Money in the Bank 2025! That’s right, the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is reportedly entering the ring, looking to host WWE’s high-flying, briefcase-grabbing spectacular. According to the Milwaukee Business Journal (shout-out to WrestleZone for the assist), Milwaukee’s tourism arm, Sports Milwaukee, is ready to throw down with a bid to bring this mega WWE event to the Fiserv Forum—home of the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks.

Now, this ain’t Milwaukee’s first WWE rodeo. Fiserv Forum, completed in 2018, has already hosted WWE Raw and WWE SmackDown, and the city is hungry for more. Marissa Werner, Sports Milwaukee’s head honcho, hopes that if they snag Money in the Bank 2025, bigger events like SummerSlam or the Royal Rumble could be next on the city’s wishlist. Milwaukee’s ready to play in the big leagues, folks, and with WWE making events like SummerSlam a two-night extravaganza, this could be just the start.

The last time Milwaukee hosted a WWE pay-per-view was Fastlane in March 2017 at the now-defunct BMO Harris Bradley Center. Fiserv Forum may be slightly smaller, but trust me, it’s newer, shinier, and packed with all the modern bells and whistles. WWE’s all about putting on a big show, and Fiserv Forum is a prime candidate for the spectacle that is Money in the Bank.

So, will Milwaukee climb the ladder and grab that briefcase? We’ll have to wait and see, but it’s safe to say the city’s got its eyes on the prize.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
