Folks, big things are happening in WWE, and I mean big league! As we head into 2025, the winds of change are blowing harder than ever across the WWE landscape. With “Raw” moving to Netflix and “SmackDown” hopping over to the USA Network, the broadcast teams are getting a shakeup that’s sure to keep everyone on their toes!

Let’s start with the red brand. “Raw” is set to make its grand exit from cable TV, heading straight into the digital stratosphere on Netflix. And with that move comes a new announce team that’s bound to make waves. Starting next week, the duo of ESPN’s Joe Tessitore and the ever-insightful Wade Barrett will be bringing you all the action. Tessitore, known for his legendary calls on college football and “Monday Night Football,” is making his WWE debut in style. And Barrett, who’s been holding down the fort on “SmackDown,” is shifting gears to bring his no-nonsense analysis to “Raw.”

Over on the blue brand, the voices you’ve come to love—or maybe love to hate—are getting a bit of a shuffle. Michael Cole, the man who’s been the voice of WWE for decades, will be moving over to “SmackDown,” where he’ll team up with Corey Graves. The dynamic duo will start calling the shots on September 13, just in time for “SmackDown’s” big move to the USA Network. Cole’s move is a big one, folks, and Graves staying on “SmackDown” means that the blue brand is in very good hands.

But hold on, because the plot thickens! Pat McAfee, the guy who brought the energy and flair to WWE commentary like nobody else, is expected to make his triumphant return when “Raw” debuts on Netflix in January. That’s right, folks—McAfee and Cole could be back together, the dream team reunited! The only question is, what happens to Tessitore and Barrett? Will they slide over to “SmackDown,” or could we see Cole pulling double duty, calling the action on both brands? It’s a cliffhanger worthy of the best soap operas, folks, and we’re all on the edge of our seats!

With these changes on the horizon, one thing’s for sure—WWE is keeping things fresh, exciting, and just a little unpredictable. And that, my friends, is why we tune in week after week.

I like ice cream, taking a back seat, wondering who I am, and pretending kayfabe is real. May or may not be the Real Dark Brandon. For the LOLZ. MALARKEY!
