Get ready, WWE Universe, because Drew McIntyre is officially heading to Toronto for the men’s Money in the Bank ladder match, and he’s not just participating—he’s declaring victory. In the main event of WWE Raw, McIntyre clinched his spot by defeating Sheamus and Ilja Dragunov in a hard-hitting, high-stakes showdown.

McIntyre’s road to Money in the Bank has been anything but smooth. Recently, on WWE SmackDown, he laid out CM Punk and swiped a friendship bracelet featuring the names of Punk’s wife and dog. However, Punk was nowhere to be seen during Raw’s go-home show, leaving McIntyre to focus solely on the task at hand.

The match itself was a battle for the ages. Former NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov proved he’s a formidable force, initially being tossed aside as McIntyre and Sheamus squared off. Dragunov delivered a breathtaking H-Bomb to Sheamus from the apron to the floor, followed by a top-rope senton onto McIntyre and another H-Bomb. He even managed to get both opponents up on the top rope for a suplex from the second, only to be met by McIntyre’s Glasgow Kiss. A Torpedo Moscow from Dragunov brought the crowd to its feet.

In the climactic moments, McIntyre and Sheamus found themselves face-to-face once again. Sheamus missed a Brogue Kick but connected with a big knee, only to run straight into McIntyre’s devastating Claymore Kick. With Sheamus down, McIntyre secured the pinfall victory, cementing his place in the Money in the Bank match alongside Jey Uso, Carmelo Hayes, LA Knight, Chad Gable, and Andrade.

After the match, McIntyre took to the mic with a bold proclamation. He vowed to leave Toronto as the world champion, implying he intends to win the Money in the Bank contract and cash it in later that night. The “Scottish Psychopath” is laser-focused and ready to reclaim his place at the top of WWE.
