WWE continues to build a powerhouse roster for the future, tapping into a goldmine of talent from its ever-expanding NIL (Next In Line) program. This year’s graduating class is a testament to WWE’s commitment to scouting the best and brightest athletes from collegiate sports.

On Wednesday afternoon, WWE’s Recruit account took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce the seven standout athletes who are part of the 2024 NIL graduating class. The class includes:

  • Bayley Humphrey – Baylor Acrobatics and Tumbling
  • Darci Khan – Howard University Track and Field
  • Jeremy Cody – University of Miami Track and Field
  • Abby Jacobs – University of South Alabama Soccer
  • Carlos Aviles – Ohio State University Track and Field
  • Jaiden Fields – University of Georgia Softball
  • Sirena Linton – University of Arkansas Gymnastics

The WWE NIL program, launched in December 2021, has been a strategic initiative to integrate college athletes into the world of professional wrestling. Since its inception, the program has seen numerous athletes sign up, including the notable Cavender Twins, Haley and Hanna. While they are currently finishing their college basketball careers at the University of Miami, they have already made waves with appearances on “NXT” TV.

Among the program’s success stories is “NXT” star Oba Femi. As a member of the inaugural NIL class, Femi made his “NXT” debut in April 2023 and quickly rose through the ranks. By the end of the year, he won the Men’s NXT Breakout tournament and went on to defeat Dragon Lee to become the NXT North American Champion, a title he proudly holds today.

With such promising talent emerging from the NIL program, WWE’s future looks brighter than ever. These collegiate athletes are poised to bring their unique skills and athleticism to the squared circle, ensuring that WWE remains at the forefront of sports entertainment.
