Ripley and Matthews, both hailing from Australia, began their journey together in 2022 and got engaged last year. Matthews was recently written off AEW television, thanks to a backstage beatdown by The Patriarchy on the June 15 edition of “AEW Collision,” allowing him to return to Australia and spend time with his new bride and family.
