The Wyatt Sicks have been wreaking havoc in WWE ever since their chaotic debut on the June 17 episode of “WWE Raw.” Their violent arrival saw them attacking backstage personnel, WWE security, and even leaving Chad Gable bloodied. The entire WWE roster is now on high alert, with superstars like Jey Uso publicly hoping to avoid their wrath.

But it’s The New Day’s Xavier Woods who has given perhaps the most memorable reaction to the new faction. Woods took to his social media account to deliver a simple yet powerful one-word response to the Wyatt Sicks’ intentions: “Nope.”

For those in the know, “Nope” is more than just a dismissal. It’s a clever nod to the 2022 science-fiction horror film directed by Jordan Peele. Peele, who also directed the critically acclaimed films “Get Out” and “Us,” used “Nope” to explore themes of spectacle and survival in a uniquely thrilling way. By referencing the film, Woods is channeling Peele’s blend of horror and humor to perfectly sum up his feelings about the Wyatt Sicks.

While Woods and his New Day teammate Kofi Kingston have to be cautious of the Wyatt Sicks, they faced another setback on the June 24 episode of “Raw.” Kingston lost to Karrion Kross, a defeat partly attributed to a video distraction showing The Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering attacking Woods backstage. Frustrated, Woods declared on social media, “something has gotta change.”

Meanwhile, the Wyatt Sicks keep stirring the pot. On a recent “Raw,” they took a nostalgic turn by sending in a VHS tape featuring an interview with Bo Dallas. Conducted by the eerie Uncle Howdy, the tape delved into Dallas’s life following the passing of his brother, Bray Wyatt, in August 2023, reflecting on his mindset nearly a year later.

The WWE universe waits with bated breath to see what the Wyatt Sicks will do next, and if Xavier Woods’ defiant “Nope” will hold up against their reign of terror.
