Hold onto your seats, wrestling fans! We’ve got some juicy spoilers from the upcoming June 22 “AEW Collision” that was taped at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The buzz is all about FTW Champion Chris Jericho, who’s lined up for a massive trios match at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view on June 30.

According to PWInsider and Fightful Select, Jericho will square off against a formidable trio: former AEW World Champion Samoa Joe, Katsuyori Shibata, and Hook. The drama has been brewing for weeks, with Joe trying to keep Hook away from Jericho’s “Learning Tree” and Shibata offering his own guidance to the young star.

On the June 22 “Collision,” five of the six combatants were in action. Joe, Hook, and Shibata took down The Premier Athletes, while Jericho and Big Bill crushed Private Party. Post-match, Jericho and Bill went on the offensive against Private Party, but Joe, Hook, and Shibata swooped in to save the day, leading to the big challenge for Forbidden Door.

Jericho will team up with Big Bill and Bryan Keith for this epic showdown. Interestingly, this marks the first Forbidden Door where Jericho won’t be joined by Minoru Suzuki, his usual ally for this event. For Joe and Hook, it will be their debut at Forbidden Door, while Shibata returns after competing in last year’s International Championship four-way match.
