But this time, they’re paying tribute to one of AEW’s most legendary figures.
Reports are in from Sole Retriever—yes, the shoe scoopers of the century—that AEW and Reebok are set to release the Classics Leather Brodie Lee sneakers on July 1. You heard it right, July 1! And if you’re expecting some plain-Jane sneakers, think again. These kicks are as stylish as a Dark Order entrance. The sneakers are predominantly black, with a purple trim that’ll have you feeling regal. They also sport a purple and gold upper heel and the Dark Order logo on the tongue. At $90, these sneakers are practically a steal, available both in-store at Champs Sports and online.
For those living under a wrestling rock, Brodie Lee (formerly known as Luke Harper in WWE) joined AEW in March 2020. He came in like a tornado, debuting as “The Exalted One” of the Dark Order and turning the wrestling world on its head. In just seven months, he managed to feud with Jon Moxley over the AEW World Championship and absolutely demolish Cody Rhodes to win the TNT Title in one of the most lopsided matches in AEW history.
